“And I was thinking that we might visit my parents this summer. It’s been a quiet spring and Erestor can take care of business here until we get back, and it would be a good chance for the twins to see their… their grandparents, and… and I’ve… I’ve, ah…”
Celebrian trailed off as she kept her eyes on her husband who had just removed his shift, leaving his torso bare, and she swallowed. As he looked at her in question, she took the hairbrush he was holding out to her to brush his hair, but set it aside.
“You’re distracting me,” she told him with a smile. “I’ve lost my thought, and it’s your fault.”
She laughed as he pulled her closer to him, and her hands came to stroke the warm skin of his back. The dark hair on his chest was soft under her lips as she kissed from his throat downwards. She adored the curls on his chest, the soft fuzz under her nose, and had begged him to stop shaving it off. It didn’t matter to her that other elves didn’t have hair like him - it was part of what made him totally unique.
“You’re far too distracting,” she mumbled against Elrond’s skin, slowly walking him backwards to sit at the edge of their bed as her kisses moved to his stomach. “I can hardly keep my thoughts straight when you’re fully clothed, let alone like this.”
